Training

Our staff receives a combination of training. Each member has a training plan when their employment starts. This is individually adjusted to take into consideration their existing experience and qualifications as well as future goals and growth within the company. Training includes specific external courses at approved colleges and training establishments i.e. Certificates of competence, Post Graduate Diplomas, in-house training (theory and practical)

The members of staff are encouraged to have a positive view of CPD. They also gain experience of different aspects of the company including administration, management and technical departments. The aim for each member of staff is to gain experience in more than one service, not just their primary job description.

Accreditation and Oganisation Membership

Our technical staff have membership of the IOA (Institute of Acoustics). The company is UKAS accredited to conduct sound insulation testing. We are also members of the BMTA (British Measurement and Testing Association).
