Special Offer Packages

Acoustic Surveillance and Testing Ltd (ASAT) offer a number of fully inclusive packages to save you time and money. Our special offer packages are based on the various combinations of services and the area they are in. The following prices apply to sites in Kent and London areas.

Example 1

NEW BUILDINGS PACKAGE

A pair of new semi-detached houses is to be built. You have been asked for a noise survey as part of the planning conditions. Once building is complete you will need a sound test through the party wall and have been asked for 1 air tightness test.

PACKAGE COST: only £1300 + VAT

Example 2

CONVERSION PACKAGE

A house has been converted into 3 flats (one above another). You need advice and possibly CAD on what soundproofing needs to go into the building so as pass the sound testing. You then need a set of impact/airborne sound tests through the floor near completion of the works.

PACKAGE COST: only £880 + VAT
